If people are so easily confused that they can not figure how to navigate around a circle, how can we trust them to operate a motor vehicle at all?

We have quite a few and they are a horror! It seems no one understands the protocol to enter and exit one, besides it's hard to keep the wheel turned properly when your texting...
We cannot, and that's why there's defensive driving. You can only do so much.
And as mentioned in another thread - I'm not gonna trust the common man with a gun out in public either.
