put something like this in an email bulletin:

The 3:21PM train from Penn due Babylon at 4:24PM, is operating 10 minutes late due to congestion caused by a late train head.

So what exactly is late train head?

LIRR employees can't spell. The union requires that its member do not need to know how to spell

Oh, that's right, Helena Williams says the LIRR has never been more punctual...

Ever notice how the LIRR is the LIPA of the railroading world?

Ironically LIRR leased some of its abandoned ROW to LIPA for use....

In the LIRR dictionary, "late train head" means "conductors who haven't finished their coffee and donuts."
