I wonder whether this is one of those FSBOs, where the owner pays $400-$500 for a multiple listing and the inquiries are routed through a broker who isn't involved in any other part of the sale. I hope so.

Only the lower level was rented last year.
Cleaned out, it may not be a bad house at all. There seems to be an issue with the deck however and the part that was rented possibly has an illegal kitchen--all of which could cause issues with lenders.
My favorite is the armchair/recliner by the dining room table
I guess they can says it's a flexible floor plan.....
