My favorite is between the beautiful rust caked A/C cover, or the showroom level car driven through garage.

Only the lower level was rented last year.

Cleaned out, it may not be a bad house at all. There seems to be an issue with the deck however and the part that was rented possibly has an illegal kitchen--all of which could cause issues with lenders.
