That's happening all over. The brand new development ($500-700K) behind mine has not moved in 6 months. In that time they've had 5 spec homes sitting there gathering dust and a bunch of lots sitting empty. We met the guy who bought in last and he was boo hooing how his new home hasn't increased in price like some of his neighbors. Never figured out where these people were making money to support a house this big.
