Some readers may get a sense of satisfaction in this story. This is what happens when a politically conected hack gets a patronage job with local government. Sworn to uphold the law?
Nice. This dipstick will still collect a pension based on $109k/yr salary though won't he? Funny he was suspended in 2007 for having an undeclared 2 family. EVERY ONE of those building dept hacks had illegal apartments, sheds, pools, etc. before 2007. After the chief (literally the Chief) dirtbag John Loeffel (on Kate Murray's block of course) got caught, they ALL were given a period of amnesty time to correct issues or face suspension. He must have decided why bother. A 60 day vacation. Sickening.

I knew you would like this. He was charged with felony grand larceny and since he was guilty as sin he chose to plead to the misdomeanor. No I don't think he can collect his pension, he's a loser who gave up everything for a $1000. computer. You would think an investigator would think about security camera's. The sad thing is, if he had stolen it from you or I the town would probably be trying to protect him. one down.
