Goes without saying you start with beautiful downtown Rocky Point. Better yet, take them to a football game at the high school so they can see for themselves the awesome spectable that is the Rocky Point Cheerleading squad. Follow that up with a burrito from Moe's and who could ask for more?
Guys, I was serious, but did get a few good laughs.
I am creating a guide for an upcoming event (early Fall) which will bring people in from outside of NY. I've visited various tourism sites, have looked over the appreciation thread, too. The problem is I am too close to the event and the activities listed. I want to create something balanced -- a little something for everyone. My target group is 40-80.
I've listed golfing, fishing, historic sites, museums, beaches, light houses, wineries. I'll give a nod to NYC.
What else am I overlooking? What shouldn't I include?

And SIB -- timing will be perfect for the amazing RP Cheerleaders LOL
Depending on where your audience is coming from, I hate to say it, but you might want to include the Tangers (I know, I know, feeding right into the shopping stereotype). If folks are coming from places where there isn't any outlet shopping, these can be a pretty big draw for a certain type of person. Otherwise, it sounds like you have your bases pretty well covered.

Thanks. I'll include that. Folks are coming in from the northeast and as far south as DC.
