Any Goodwill, Salvation Army or Church Thrift Store would love to have children's clothes. Where are you located?

If you want to do consignment, there is Once Upon A Child on Hicksville Road in Massapequa.

The chain Savers takes donations, and I believe they're affiliated with Big Brothers Big Sisters. You could also check with local churches - many run thrift stores that serve the local community.
