Are there any restaurants on the Isle that make fresh Gyro Doner, and never use frozen meats? And also do catering, and open on Thanksgiving day preferably?
What are some good turkish and greek places out on the Isle.

Why on Thanksgiving??? You don't have your once a year turkey dinner? I am gathering you want greek food on Thanksgiving.
I am pretty sure they are frozen gyros. I have eaten there before. Or are you saying I can request a fresh one.
I know a place in Riveredge NJ called Babylon, and there is literally fresh every day.
Actually I guess originally the meat has to be frozen because gyro has beef, and dont think there are any places in the burbs that has live cows like they do chickens.
Oh god....please dont tell us you think because Long Island has no cows that all the beef is frozen.
well...you are from New Jersey..fully understandable.
