They would have to seriously expand the sag for this to work. its usually backed up during rush hour as it is.

If anyone read, it is planned that 10% of the housing will be affordable. It is meant more for older people who don't want to drive but want to continue living on the Island. I HIGHLY doubt the designers want to bring criminals, crooks, thieves, and rapists situated in a hamlet that already has a reputation equivalent to Kenya.

I think this development belongs in Nassau and not super far from the city. Nassau is doing worse than Suffolk at this point. But still is a great development and I do go to Tanger which is across the street from the development!
