If no one knows send me a pvt email & I can give you my girlfriends email & you can ask her. She lives there & once loaned me her pass when I was showing houses in East Hills. Wouldn't the landlords be able to obtain the sticker & give it to you? Interesting question really because it wouldn't be right for both of you to have use of the park. It would seem logical that the person who pays the taxes should have the use of it since they're paying for it. Of course the tenant would be paying rent & indirectly paying. My guess is it would be up to the landlord to make it one of the perks of leasing or not. But as I said my friend will either know or know who you can ask in the Village. It's a beautiful park, isn't it? I get invited to play tennis there sometimes. Nothing like it anywhere else on LI that I've seen.

Default For those who may not be familiar with East Hills

For those who may not be familiar with East Hills:

East Hills is a village (incorporated in 1931) partly in the central-east part of the Town of North Hempstead and partly in the northwest part of the Town of Oyster Bay, in the north-central part of Nassau County.

Beginning on the north and moving in a clockwise direction, the Village of East Hills in the Towns of North Hempstead and Oyster Bay is bordered on the north by the Village of Roslyn Harbor in the Town of North Hempstead and the Hamlet of Greenvale in the Towns of North Hempstead and Oyster Bay; on the east by the Village of Brookville and the Village of Old Westbury in the Town of Oyster Bay; on the south by the Hamlet of Roslyn Heights in the Town of North Hempstead; and, on the west by the Hamlet of Roslyn Heights and the Village of Roslyn in the Town of North Hempstead.

East Hills is one of those many villages and hamlets on Long Island where none of the places in the community have the village name in their mailing address: places in the Village of East Hills have a "Roslyn, NY 11576", a "Roslyn Heights, NY 11577", a "Greenvale, NY 11548" or an "Old Westbury, NY 11568" mailing address.

For a good set of town-by-town maps showing all the villages and hamlets in each of LI's 13 towns (3 in Nassau County and 10 in Suffolk County):

East Hills is one of the few towns on LI that treats there park like a maximum security prison, with a high metal fence, guard, and all.
Considering county money went into the negotiations between the village and ANG, then all county residents should be allowed to use it. I'm talking about the hiking trails in there, I know it's not much, but it is the highest point in Nassau. But that's East Hills style for you. They use illegals to do their lawns and clean their homes, but hire rent-a-cops and have their own country club...oops...park. No offense to anyone, but East Hills of all places...definates what the word $nob means.
Even in the Hamptons I can walk around their parks and preserves!
