That house wouldn't be desirable to most families since it's a 2 bedroom house in a struggling school district. Plus, they didn't show the inside which is not a good sign at all.

If you were looking at good condition 3 bdr+ homes in a "solid school district" then you can expect to pay AT LEAST $350k in Nassau and $300k in Suffolk...and that's at the very least if your lucky.

If you were a couple or a single person who wanted their own home and wouldn't mind living in Roosevelt then I think it really has potential to be a wonderful cute lil storybook cottage for them when it's fixed up.

Selling Point:
Roosevelt, the neighborhood that gave the world Eddie Murphy and Howard Stern.

The house is only 500 sq ft, this is smaller then a typical 2 car garage which is 24x24 = 576 sqft.
