There's a school just about everywhere on Long Island. What are the speed limits for school zones, 20mph or something ridiculous like that? It's a snail's pace! This is ridiculous.

I have a great idea. Lets think of ways to bleed as much money out of and exert the most control over, the public. Hold on.... I seem to recall something about a few chaps back in 1776 who got all bent out of shape over something like that..... I just can't place it though....I'm sure it will come to me.
