My house is being totally renovated next month. Is there any hotels in Mid Suffolk with extended good rates? Everything I looked at is about $125 + per night. That will cost me a small fortune for 3-4 weeks. I don't need anything special. Just clean without hourly rates! LOL
Good luck. That is why I opted to stay in VA when I moved up here from SC and had to wait to close on the house. I couldn't find anything reasonable on Long Island.. so I stopped part way up here on the move.
Very good idea! I only looked at one site, they wanted $1,000 per week. I'm sure I can find one cheaper. However, I think $125 +/- in a hotel would be cheaper & easier.
Why don't you try the Avalon Bay complexes? They do short term rentals. You have Avalon Pines and Charles Pond in Coram and a few others scattered on the island. www.avaloncommunities.com
