I am also trying to contact Ncm Fulfillment Center at 889 Waverly Avenue Holtsville, NY 11742 in regards to a quater collection that should have been mailed to me in Feburary and the phone number I used last April 2007 is no longer in service I would like to know how to contact them

It looks that way. Just the name "Fulfillment Center" should be a tip-off that something is not right.

I am very frustrated like you. I am missing 2007 and 2008 colorized quarters. Cannot get hold of them at all. Tell me if you do.
