Not a knocking CD but as a business man scoping out the potential sites for your new business, I would think it would have been a better business model/plan for you to first identify the narrowed down locations and then ask the posters here for their opinions. Seems a bit backwards to me and the most important element to any new business is a good business plan , IMHO.
