Venue for Fundraiser/Hall rental (Islip, Babylon: rentals, how much, promotional)

I was hoping to find a little advice here for planning a fundraiser in the south shore, western suffolk area. The specific needs are:
fit a minimum of 70 people
allow outside food and wine
four hour party rental with additional hour for decorating
tables and chairs provided
Saturday night rentals available
under $400
needs to have a podium/microphone
We are willing to do set-up for the tables and chairs, clean-up and return tables and chairs to original locations. I don't think the Babylon AOH will let us bring in and serve our own wine, or that would be perfect (I'm an LAOH member of a different division). Any ideas? Ideally, it'd be anywhere from Lindenhurst to Oakdale, south of the LIE.
I've been to a fund raising event for a charity at the local Fire Department. I don't know how much they charged but I know the food and drinks were brought in, perhaps check with a few of them.
I've both attended events at the 2 following locations and also used them for promotional events in the past as well. Both are located just South of Sunrise Hwy in Western Suffolk.
If you change your mind about outside food and wine, I happily suggest Molly Malone's in Bayshore. They're right on the water, their numerous selections of different foods are delicious, and they are reasonably priced.
