That's funny, Ann1, because I, too, moved to Houston from Long Island, and can't wait to get back to New York. I can't seem to take the heat, and I miss the conveniences of living in NY. My youngest son, however, loves it here and will stay.

I wasn't sure where this post belonged, ann & I just did not want to delete it without any explanation. I think that you posted in the wrong thread .

This started on page 18 when we began talking about neighbors not coming out of their homes. We were talking about how we all knew our neighbors in the "old days" versus how people just sit in and watch their televisions today. We weren't talking about the great TV shows but the fact of the matter is years ago most people knew their neighbors and I commented where I live no one knows their neighbors. A blast from the past is that I use to know my neighbors.

Sorry. I guess that this is such a long-running post that I did not recall that part. That's why I left it in, though.

Dear Clark Street Kid,

That's Right!

Chuck made some guest appearances on Mr.Cole's teens rock

and roll dance and music tv shows at Ch.11.

Those were his funniest tv performances..unless you count

his guest appearances on"The Eddie Lawrence Show".

Fun City Man.
