Im looking at some houses that are very close to Plainedge HS. Anyone familiar with the area particularly the noise/traffic around the school. I know during football season there will be games but is the noise a factor? any insight would be helpful. Thanks

I don't think there is a lot of noise in that area. You will probably get foot traffic from students and perhaps some bus traffic depending where you are, but I imagine most of it would be during the day when you are at work? And maybe some noise on weekends from games. But honestly, I lived right by Plainedge Middle School and would hear the noises from the soccer games and kind of enjoyed it!
