My reservation with the Villages West is that there are a lot of renters-a bit too transient for me when we were looking a couple of years ago. One guy owned several houses that he was renting and looking to sell at the time. Maybe he sold them all and now there are less renters but I would definetly look into it. The good thing is there is more space between the houses and wider streets.

I actually don't know any renters there- and I know quite a few families. I haven't heard anyone even mention renters! But I agree that it does tend to be a little transient- many families want more space & move when the kids get older.
