Jdawg post, so not expecting much, but kind of harsh, no? Just asking what my options are as a tenant in a legal apartment. Obviously I acknowledged the first few posts that street parking isn't really owned by anyone, but also kind of rude to take up two spaces. But can't regulate morality right? But as others have kindly pointed out, I am in a legal in Village of Lindenhurst, so that DOES entitle me to off road parking.

Thanks everyone else for your responses!

You're entitled to what's in your lease - nothing more. What does your lease state?

I'm in lindenhurst - no road signs or anything like that.
I feel for you and your situation. It is terribly annoying to come home and struggle to find a parking space. If everyone could just be considerate this world would be a better place. Unfortunately there are people who feel entitled to take whatever they want, even an extra parking space.

I'm sure things will get better for you soon. Keep your head up and just Bolieve!

Actually all you are entitled to is a place to live really. The LL is not obligated to provide anything else. Parking is not an obligation for the LL to provide to a tenant.
