that could be as early as 2 yrs from now.....with all the thread of each LI area.... we probably cover every square inch LI by then. I probably have a better chance of guessing the powerball winnings.
I will only attend if everyone drives to the meet-up going no faster than 55mph.
Where can I apply for a variance.
Also, will my taxes go up after the meet ?

Hush.... There is a secret place where the houses go for under $200K and taxes are below $3K. It has its own private beach with a short commute to Penn stn/Wall st, the schools are ofcourse stellar.
