I was thinking of seeing Marilyn Manson there but have some concerns. I'm 79 and way too old to mosh. Is it general admission or are there seats there?
How is parking? Do they have valet parking or is it a pain to find a space there?
I figured to get an ignorant nasty response on this forum. I may be 79 but I'm not dead and love all music. I saw Nine Inch Nails this past summer at Jones Beach with my son in law and it was great.
Looking for serious responses from people who aren't so unhappy with their lives that the only happiness they can find is to come on an Internet forum and be insulting. Thanks.
There are seats upstairs with a great view- and waitress service too. You need special tickets for those seats so it doesn't get crowded. You should definitely go- I hope you have a great time!!!
(And who cares about age- you're only as young as you feel! And doing stuff like this helps keep you young)

NIN is not anymore. It is just Trent Reznor and a bunch of musicians he pays minimum wage to perform with him. Well maybe not minimum wage but its not the original band that played together in the late 80's or 90's. Even though Reznor claims that "NIN is Trent Reznor" it's not really true. All the original band members are gone with the exception of Reznor.
I've seen them well over a dozen times and the last few times it was just depressing. Back in the early 90's their performances were legendary. The band had a lot of energy, emotion and Reznor was running around the stage pumping up the audience. Now he just stands there behind the mic with a guitar in his hands. It's not the same show. And I find it to be a farce that he goes around calling his band NIN when it should be just him.
Ok end of rant. Regarding your question about the Paramount, I would suggest that you pay the extra money and get a ticket in seated areas. The floor will be a zoo especially for Manson.

I agree! And if you want to order a drink, have plenty of cash or a credit card; that's where they really make their $$$.
They've done a nice job with the old theatre, although I miss the intimacy of IMAC.
I miss the old movie theater that was there! Way back!
