I desperately need to purchase a lightweight transport wheelchair for an important dr. appointment in a few days. I've seen what I need in local pharmacies but they are $250 and I've seen the same exact thing online for only $100. The problem is I don't have time to order it online because it will never arrive in time.
Do you know of any discount medical supply stores that have these lightweight transport chairs in stock for a reasonable price? I'm willing to travel anywhere on Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn.
Thanks everyone! I found an online company that is shipping it with expedited shipping. Surprisingly, the total cost with the upgraded shipping is still much cheaper than the price at the local pharmacies I went to.
