Hello, hope someone can help!

I have plans in Port Jeff tonight. Slippery conditions tonight and below freezing temps have me worried about all the hills. Can someone familiar with the streets there, offer a good route for me to take? Biggest concern is around midnight tonight, returning, back up the hills to the 25A/347 area.

Please advise ASAP if possible thank you
