Hi all,

I'm looking for a mid-rise (at least 3 floors) hallway entry apartment building/complex in Patchogue or Medford. The only two I could find online that fit my budget ($1500 for 1 bedroom) are the Maple Tree and Terry apartments, both managed by Main Street Properties (http://www.mainstreetliproperties.com). I only found 1 bad review for Terry Apartments and none for Maple Tree. Is anyone familiar with either of the two complexes or at least with the management company?

I'm also open to suggestions if anyone knows of other similar apartment complexes. The most important thing I guess is hallway entry. I do not like the "garden" apartment complexes that I know 99% of the complexes in the area are. I am willing to extend my search to the area bordered (roughly) by 83-25A-46-27.

Thank you!

I would never live in those apartments. Place looks like a dump.

Any specific reason why it has to be multiple floor apt buildings? You can rent a condo in blue ridge condo complex in Medford for cheaper.

Maple is a dump, avoid it.

Thank you all for the replies. I visited Maple Tree and it looked horrible. I'm considering Medford Pond now. It's a little over my budget but it looks nice (at least the model).
