I'm going to guess Farmingdale, since Farmingville doesn't have a train station, and based on her need for walkability.

From Farmingdale to Holtsville is a reverse commute, so it won't be too bad.

I like Farmingdale. Nice Main street with restaurants. I can't say much more than I've been there many times to hang with friends or eat.
