I was watching a TV show and Buzzarama was featured. My oldest son is so hard to buy for so I try to get creative. Have any of you been here? I was going to look into a gift card for him (I'm assuming they sell them) for his birthday. I've asked male friends and co-workers around his age if it is something they would like and they all said yes.

What I am not sure of though is how much it would cost. I mean, it looks like you can rent a car, but how much is that, and do they charge then by the hour or what? I really only want to spend about $30.00 because that is what I spent for his wife on her BD last month (my son suggested her gift)

If $30.00 wouldn't cover a couple hours of fun, I will probably still do it, but for Christmas when I would be spending more.

Feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks so much!

You didn't say how old your son is or where this place is, but I googled and found a match in Brooklyn.. Looks just like a place on Hempstead TPKE in Franklin Square that we've been to. Kids loved it.

He will be 39 and lives in Bushwick. How much did it cost to have fun?

I don't even remember. It was reasonable for 3 kids for an hour of time and I'm a notorious cheapskate. I could see adults enjoying this if they are into cars and/or racing. One of my kids is really in NASCAR.

Oh just call the place yourself already and ask them if they have gift cards and how it works.
