There is plenty of land out east.
Or they could take all of Wyandanch via eminent domain.
There is land in Nassau but the traffic would be the problem.

Too many arguments for/against that you can't just throw lines like this out there without thinking of logistics. Easy for you, not for the implementers.
I'm sure hot Karl isn't serious because it's such a nonsensical idea I don't even know where to begin. LI would be a horrible place for a Disney park for countless reasons not to mention Disney has zero need to build another park in the US at all. Even if they did, NY would be the LAST place it would ever happen due to climate alone.

No need to take over Wyndanch. Simply build it right alongside the existing community.

It would be Disney, New York style. I'm thinking it would be comparable to Disney the way Eddie Murphy's "Mister Robert's Neighborhood" was to the original "Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood."

Would certainly be more interesting than another Disney.
