It happens in Ireland. There, when you cannot pay for your home, you go into the bank, the bank agrees to buy it back from you, you can stay and pay them rent.

This happens more and more. So the neighbours who are very important to you do not know at all, many times the children dont know. So then when you die and the children think they are inheriting a huge fantastic house ; guess what ; they dont!!

Get behind on the big house, then you get behind on the expensive car, then you get behind on the credit cards. At least they can show their kids pictures of all the great stuff they used to have. Crazy.
