^ umm it's for the union salaries, AND WE KNOW IT. What's for the children is everything else this place has to offer. But you knew that.

What's "everything else"?

The shut down Bay beaches because of brown tide?
The lack of any walkability?
The jobs for young adults?
The lack of any decent entertainment source that doesn't cost a fortune to regularly use?
