Default CSH schools vs. OB-EN schools? Whats the difference?

Is there really such a difference between Cold Spring Harbor Schools vs. Oyster Bay-East Norwich Schools? I have heard mixed things about OB-EN, but am still confused???? Any input??

Cold Spring Harbor is one of those upper echelon over achiever districts that is not only one of the "best" on LI but one of the "best" public schools in the United States. From what I know about Oyster Bay-East Norwich, it isn't a bad district but it's not anywhere on par with the cost of the area. I believe a large amount of people who live in the district send their kids to private schools.
