deep Suffolk County is amidst an extremely bad heroin epidemic and this is increasing the crime rate there. Many middle class people are leaving and illegal immigrants are replacing many of them.
I'd like to see your numbers on this "heroin epidemic". Hell give me %s if you have to.
Also the illegal immigrants replacing middle class. Middle class are leaving in droves because they can't afford it anymore but the droves of illegals can? What's going on here?

Funny I am not used to hearing Floridians complain about bad schools in other locations. Many move to Charlotte & Raleigh/Cary and every place in between.

We left North Carolina and moved here.
It's not terrible if you are in Charlotte or the Triangle, but that's about it.

Younger People: Raleigh. Durham. Cary. Research Triangle Area
Older People: Wilmington. Charlotte suburbs. Coastal cities.
SO there are some benefits from what you are saying? LOL
There are always benefits. And trade-offs. But before you move, make sure you understand the cost of living difference based upon what you're going to be making. I learned that once when I moved from another state with a low-cost area to NYC...I got a big pay increase but my rent tripled
Franklin Square and Stony Brook are COMPLETELY different places: you will not get the same feel at all.
Can you expand on this please?
I have some friends here that were born in NY or NJ, moved down here and then moved to Nashville and love it!
