If anyone lives in one of the 90 units at Willis Terrace Condominiums or has general information from those who have, I would like to get a sampling of opinions (both positive and negative) as to their experience while living there. If someone prefers to send a direct message, I'm fine with that. Thank you in advance for any insights that may be forthcoming.

I have known several folks who lived there and some who still do. There was an assessment to have the entire building repainted about 5 years ago. There seems to be a nice group there and the place itself is well maintained. There are rules relating to it being a senior complex meaning 55+. I do know that in the past were rentals but I am not sure how many. I have heard the complaint that the windows can be drafty, but I would bet that is on an apartment to apartment basis. There are several different configurations there too.

Two positive points to start with. Thanks for the reply ... I will try to schedule a visit there during May and speak to a few residents.

One negative I forgot to mention and it is not something that might jump out at you depending upon the time of your visit is that northbound out of the complex exiting is not difficult but southbound can be tricky. Most have learned to make the first right, then 2 lefts and you will be on s block with a traffic light. Slight detour but better safe than sorry.

A good point worth remembering. Those that you mentioned that are still living there, are they long time residents ... by that I mean 15 years or so?

Can't say the length for sure but I would guess that 10+ is right.
