Are rinks open in summer? When I say public I mean free admission or maybe low cost?

PlayItAgain Sports sells used skates..are there similar shops in the area that buy and sell used skates?

Harborfront Park in Port Jeff offers ice skating during the winter. Last year the Village added roller skating which was so well-received that they offered it again this year. It ends this Sunday 8/14.
