I wonder how/where this is enforced since I'm positive I went through I-95 there toward/from DC going the speed of traffic which was well above 55mph (would feel really slow on an interstate). Unless you're not referring to the I-95.

There are some people who would love the idea of a police state where every move you make is monitored and fined....... This speed cam is an extra tax. Just like the cell phone tickets and red light cams. I forgot about the draconian NY inspection scam

I think we all benefit from having fewer cell phone drivers on the road. Learn to use the speakerphone, it's not new tech.
