What traditionally black neighborhoods in NYC are being taken over by Hispanics?
Also you sound bitter, there's are many reasons why so many people want to live in NYC. It's not 1985 anymore, the social ills are a fraction of what they once were.
Can't you do a modicum of googling before you post? This is not hard information to find.
Yes of course there are reasons to live in NYC, the point is that it being a sanctuary city is not a benefit, it's a negative, even if things are "pretty good".

Bad example, Harlem in general is becoming more white if anything, and East Harlem has had a big Latino population for several decades. The neighborhoods that have blacks and Latinos have been mixed for a long time, and the ones that are black but not Latino or Latino but not black are not changing demographically (with the exception of more white people in the case of gentrifying neighborhoods).
The Latino population there is predominately Puerto Rican anyway, who are US citizens whether they're born in Puerto Rico or the Mainland US.
This is nothing new. Under the current administration's non enforcement policy we have defacto amnesty nationwide. Illegal aliens pretty much have nothing to fear right now unless you are a hardened criminal.

I'll go with what the news tells me over your unsourced opinion. But anyway, how about this:
A Latino gang is intimidating blacks into leaving the city that was once an African American enclave. It's part of a violent trend seen in other parts of the L.A. area., another sanctuary city.

Is that the same part of LA that was well known for their drive by shootings and riots and looting going back 30 years? Those darn Latinos ruining the neighborhood again.

One article on the news which does not even contradict my point?
