Curious to know the market value of lots on Neighborhood Road in Shirley. They are on a bus line, near to food retail, quick centers, and pizza. Would it be good to build a new home there? There are plenty of older homes in the area, not many lots deep enough to build what I want, and I don't want to do a rehab on an older home, so I've been thinking of just buying a lot, and putting a new house on it. Would like other's opinions.

There is nothing wrong with Shirley itself, but there is with Neighborhood Road. I would shoot for something closer to Smith Road... nice area, big lots, no trouble.

Neighborhood Road is pretty busy. Not sure if that matters to you.
