Lands has been bulldozed and flatten out. Any idea what they are doing with it? Park?

Possibly a park, I think the land is owned by Suffolk County and it is near Lake Ronkonkoma. I am not really sure.
Karl, if this had been in the Town of Babylon then it would definitely be turned into multi-unit housing at a high density level. I am starting to see the difference between the zoning in Babylon versus other towns like Huntington and Smithtown. Babylon lets developers get away overdeveloping the property compared to other towns where the developer is required to set aside some green space. It is a very noticeable difference.
Turn it into low-income housing like the ones slightly east of there. No reason for those poor, helpless, unique snowflakes not to have taxpayer funded homes with a fairly decent lake view.
I keep hearing parkland from the folks with a brain. There is nowhere for sewage at this location, any further housing or businesses built would continue to pollute the lake via septic system.
