If doesn't require ANY Constitutional changes. The issue here is the incorrect interpretation of 14A, which was intended to ensure citizenship for former slaves and their children. It was responsible for overturning the Dred Scott case. (Slave sued for his freedom when he traveled to a free state with his master; loses when he is not considered a citizen of the US.)

You may argue the intent, you may not argue the result. For now the fourteenth amendment guarantees the citizenship cited above.

With Trudeau in power I'm starting to question this.
A Trump-staffed SCOTUS could easily dispose of this birthright citizenship nonsense. Honestly though it's only one part of the equation. We need to see a massive crackdown on employers that hire illegals. If they can't make money here, most will go back home voluntarily. No need for cattle cars.
