Should I expand my home search to Oceanside?

Mangano and Suozzi both need to be locked up.

What's crazy is that Oceanside has a mad wicked commercial tax base yet the taxes are still out of control. Average house should be 7-8 grand instead of 12-14.
Does not make sense. At all.

Thank you everyone for your input. We are going to contract on a house in Massapequa. We also looked extensively in West Islip, and a little in Seaford and Wantagh. Ultimately decided that Massapequa fit our needs best. West Islip had some slightly bigger and newer properties but to me just seemed kind of blah...very residential with isolated areas containing shopping centers etc. We preferred Massapequa's proximity to parks, stores, and general walkability.
