Has anyone done this.. If so how much did your taxes go up.

I have like a 15x30 space that is screened. Looking to make enclosed with heat.

How much did your taxes go up?

Alot. Any time you add to your home's conditioned space, the assessment goes shooting up. You're talking 450 sq ft, which in my town is good enough to add at least another $500 to my assessment. Throw in a bathroom and it's even more.
