The above is a display of ignorance at its best .... if you have been following real estate for the last 20 years you would see that they are actually getting pushed out from Queens and especially BK as all those areas are gentrifying or starting to gentrify and getting very expensive.... the black population is at a decline in those areas... i think the most important thing to note is that its not about skin color or ethnicity but its in fact about the SOCIOECONOMIC STATUS of people living in an area that contribute to an area's wealth, crime, schools, saftey, etc, unfortunately people will feel some type of way towards skin color no matter what the situation is or no matter how much progress we thought was accomplished in this area i.e. look at the latest election
North valley stream is much safer with good school district SD13 but watch out for
high taxes ranging from 11K plus.
Much safer than what? North Valley Stream is fine, but so is the vast majority of Valley Stream. By the way, not all of North Valley Stream is in SD-13. School performance among 13, 24 and 30 is basically identical. I've noticed that Valley Streamers fiercely support whichever school district they are zoned for... which is a good sign if you ask me.
