The location is great in the respect that you can get into Penn Station in around a half hour and never have to go through Jamaica. Automobile traffic in Great Neck can be pretty brutal, though.

Yes, plus good schools and a nice downtown. Most of the areas are nice, but overpriced, I guess. The entire Port Washington line is at a premium...Manhasset, Port Washington, etc.
