Great thread! I've been contemplating how anyone in the middle class can afford homes anymore. This is exactly in my price range. It seems like I've just been looking in the wrong areas. Of course, some of these towns would be a heck of a commute. Unfortunately, since I don't live in LI yet, I can't play, but I eagerly await what other gems come up here.
