Ever think about getting your peeps together and talking to RexCorp? Maybe they can convert the 400 acres of industrial to the recing resort. I think that, with the Riverhead Resorts development would be a great match and almost 1200 acres of destination. Industrial is very important, but can be located somewhere that makes more sense. Just a thought as I come back from Orlando...land of the mega theme park.

Well we were fighting for RC (Scott) for the ent side. The ind side was bought by REA (Gregg).

Technically depending how the ind side is zoned you could put motorsports there....though i have never spoken with REA and i do believe they were finalized while we were taking up the fight for RC.
Fighting with riverhead town and 4 of the board members, 2 have been replaced, 1 of the replaced board members was the only one with a brain....the other 1 that was replaced and the 3 remaining board members of which 1 is the town sup are insanely mentally challenged..2 of them claim to be enviro and took the worst thing for enviro reasons, after we gave them a class on how much power and other defects it would bring to the enviro...yet they still voted for it...it was the biggest case of a bigoted racist vote i have ever seen...not to mention the illegal Q&E they pulled off...

Now were looking for property, and were attempting to try and contact someone at brookhaven nat labs and see if there is property there they might be interested in doing something with
