Default Agreed

I saw the topic and had to chime in. My wife and I had been looking for a home for quite sometime and just when we thought we had found one, we got the "run around" by this realtor who is absolutely the worst (direct message if anyone is intersted - I would hate to see someone do business with these ladies). A friend of mine had recommended this web-site which gave me a chance to speak and "meet" Tom. Without any hesitation, Tom reached out and gave me expert opinion on my situation. I had thanked him in another thread but, I just feel like I should do it again! Here's a guy who had nothing to gain by helping me out but did it anyways ... thanks again Tom!

Default Here's to you Tom

This is so nice of you folks. I too have read what Tom has written on this forum and agree that his advice is sound. I didn't know he had a fan club. It's great to know that there are still legitimate and honest people in the RE business. Congratulations Tom. It's well deserved. You're like Mike Holmes on Holmes for Homes. We have to find a name for you too. Anyone have any ideas?

I also second the nomination for Walter Greenspan. My husband just cracks up when I read those famous words out loud, "For those of you not familiar with..."

Kudos to you Tom.

Default Who is Mike Holmes?

Mike Holmes is a contracter/home builder who has his own TV show on channel 172 on cablevision. He is the best of the best. His show is called Holmes on Homes. He's known for helping homeowners out when they have been shafted by other members of the building construction and contracting business. He makes things right.
