just bumping this thread because I told Tom I would once I sold my house, and we closed yesterday, so once again, he did a fantastic job during the whole process (and yes, it turned out to be quite a process).

If you are looking to buy or sell anytime soon and you are undecided on an agent, get in touch with Tom, it would be worth your time, and it will help him pay for gas
