All American in my opinion. Now you might think I'm crazy here but... they are not the BEST but... sometimes ya just gotta have some White Castles!! LOL! C'mon, admit it!

I would actually say White Castle sliders are not too far off from All American!!! I eat there at least once a week.....actually just thinking about it I'm starting to get hungry!!

I admit it...however I don't think I can recall ever being at a White Castle sober and earlier than 3am...

but i'll tell you---try the Ranch Burger at "Chili's". It's actually very good and price isn't bad either.

We love John Harvard's in Lake Grove by Smithhaven Mall...it's called the "Yankee Burger." Generous, diner size, portion of hamburger, fries, etc for $9. NOT something you should eat all the time, but delicious!

If you eat a 4 x 4 burger at abc (american burger company) in huntington village you get to have your name on the wall or ceiling.

There's a burger "shack" kinda place off Sunrise Highway in Merrick. I'm wondering if its any good. I drive by it a lot but never pulled into the parking lot to give it a shot.

If you go down whatever block that is, past the two gas stations on Merrick before the firefighter's academy, you get to Sunrise and the place is immediately on the right.
