While I moved to Delaware and am enormously happy here there is one point that I will have too disagree with you on. Many people don't do their home work and that is why they wind up unhappy and wanting to return. We visited our current home area every month but January because we were here Feb 1st. We spent a long weekend or a full week over a 3 year period to see if we could call this place we so love now, home. Like anything else, you need to do your homework before hand.
