I know what I read. I'm a Ranger fan, had season tickets for 10 years, the last thing I want to see is the Rangers moving out of MSG, I wouldn't make this up

I will give you a $100 if you provide proof. I'm calling major BS. The Rangers and Knicks keep MSG in existence.
I agree with you all the way. I read an article, a couple of months ago, and MSG said that would be better off without the Rangers, and Knicks, at the Garden, a couple of days after they first put in the bid for the new arena
whatever it was you read you seem to have completely misunderstood it.
Your premise is ridiculous. Knicks are the 7th most valuable franchise in all of sports...and they can't even make the playoffs. They ain't goin nowhere! Rangers, either. NHL original 6 team. Only way they "leave" MSG would be to a new MSG. Since MSG just did a billion dollar renovation, that's not likely either.

This is another stupid plan for the Islanders. If Barclays is struggling with the team, what the hell makes politicians think a new arena in an even worse location is going to work. Want the Islanders to really succeed? Move the arena to an area along Route 110 where it is accessible to most Long Islanders.
At least Barclays had a reliable LIRR connection. This new location has terrible traffic with no mass transit.
